This may have been once considered riding someone’s coattails (”a metaphor that refers to the way in which lower level or uninspiring celebrities can often reach stardom through their ties to another, more popular and successful celebrity”¹). In this web 2.0 age, this should be called a mashup (”a website or application that combines content from more than one source into an integrated experience”²).
